Рецидив контрактури Дюпюїтрена та фактори, що на нього впливають, при застосуванні оперативного методу лікування

Abstract

На основі аналізу результатів оперативного лікування 227 пацієнтів із контрактурою Дюпюїтрена, яким виконували парціальну й субтотальну апоневректомію, виявлено фактори, що впливають на розвиток рецидиву контрактури, й проведено ROC-аналіз залежності частоти незадовільних результатів лікування — розвитку контрактури від віку хворого, тривалості хвороби, віку початку захворювання, поширеності патологічного процесу і тривалості хвороби, що дало можливість прогнозувати розвиток рецидиву захворювання й оптимізувати вибір типу оперативного втручання.
