This paper mainly studies the problem of finite-time congestion control for TCP network systems. The sufficient conditions are given by combining the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) to guarantee that the closed-loop system is finite-time bounded. Then according to the sufficient condition, the problem of design the finite-time state feedback controller is solved. Simulation results show that the designed controller can deal with the interference generated by UDP stream, meanwhile, realize the system bounded in finite-time.
