In the article building products are explored as the open self-organized system. Such representation allows revealing interrelation between organization of the structure of product and the structure of material. The material is considered as hierarchy of autonomous conditional levels of structural heterogeneities. Formation of integrated structure of the product-system is a result of initiation structural changes by levels. It promotes emergence of various structures at levels of heterogeneities. The interrelation of levels is provided by self-development of networks of technological cracks and inner surfaces of partition. Interaction of active elements allows to be shown to properties at the level of a product and to effects of adaptation of material to influence of external factors. Formation of the ordered set structural elements will promote increase resistance of a product under operating conditions. It is possible to operate the structural organization of material and a product due to change of macrostructure parameters.

В статье строительные изделия рассматриваются в виде открытой самоорганизующейся системы. Такое представление предполагает взаимосвязь организации структур изделия и материала как его равноправной полиструктурной составляющей. Раскрываются возможности для выявления факторов управления созданием заданного набора различных по назначению элементов структуры материала, обеспечивающих проявление и сохранение свойств на уровне структуры изделия при эксплуатации.

У статті будівельні вироби розглядаються у вигляді відкритої системи, що самоорганізується. Таке уявлення передбачає взаємозв’язок організації структур виробу і матеріалу як його рівноправної поліструктурної складової. Розкриваються можливості для виявлення факторів керування одержанням заданого набору різних за призначенням елементів структури матеріалу, які забезпечують прояв та збереження властивостей на рівні структури виробу при експлуатації.
