Percepciones y prácticas docentes de los procesos evaluativos en ambientes virtuales en las carreras de grado

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue describir las características pedagógicas en los procesos evaluativos implementados en asignaturas virtuales en las Carreras de Grado en la Universidad Nacional de Villarrica del Espíritu Santo. Se analizaron en profundidad factores que caracterizan a una evaluación en un ambiente virtual, estrategias didácticas evaluativas, gestión de la evaluación y el seguimiento del estudiante. Se realizó un estudio de caso múltiple con enfoque mixto. Se observó las características evaluativas en las carreras de Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Educación e Ingeniería en Sistemas Informáticos. Los resultados muestran que las evaluaciones implementadas son innovadoras y variadas, pero se identificaron algunas limitaciones en cuanto a la claridad de los criterios de evaluación y la frecuencia de retroalimentación individualizada. Estos hallazgos sugieren la necesidad de fortalecer la formación docente en el diseño e implementación de las evaluaciones en ambientes virtuales.
