Результаты индивидуализированной химиотерапии у больных саркомой мягких тканей

Abstract

Изучены результаты лечения 341 больного саркомой мягких тканей. Они были разделены на 2 группы: основную группу составил 121 пациент, получивший комбинированную терапию с использованием химиопрепаратов, предварительно подобранных по эффективности в тесте in vitro; контрольную — 220 больных саркомой мягких тканей с сопоставимыми прогностическими характеристиками, которые получали стандартную химиотерапию. Получены данные о достоверном повышении показателей общей и безрецидивной выживаемости у пациентов с индивидуализацией химиотерапии.
