Применение силы воды гидротехнических сооружений в вооруженных конфликтах

Abstract

Приведен анализ использования разрушительной силы воды в военных конфликтах с 1607 г. до 80-х годов прошлого века. Рассмотрен ряд крупнейших военных конфликтов, причиной которых стала борьба за водные ресурсы. Приведены примеры, когда разрушение гидротехнических сооружений оказывает негативное воздействие на окружающую среду и создает серьезные угрозы для стран, расположенных ниже по течению.
