Abstract

В статье отмечается, что формирование устой­чивых городов представляет комплексную междисциплинар­ную задачу. Рассматриваются градостроительные предпосыл­ки для развития устойчивого города с учётом всех аспектов этого понятия, которое не ограничивается экономической, экологической и социальной устойчивостью. Указывается, что все градостроительные предпосылки отражены в новой концепции 15-минутного города, которая уже реализуется в пределах жилых посёлков и кварталов ряда городов мира; анализируется, что предпринимается в России в рамках этой концепции; обосновывается, почему полная её реализация в ближайшем будущем нереальна для России.
