Abstract

Использование одного из гиполипидемических препаратов не позволяет добиться желаемого уровня показателей липидного профиля. У больных со смешанной гиперлипидемией (ГЛП) прием статинов, оказывающих наиболее выраженное влияние на уровни холестерина липопротеинов низкой плотности (ХС ЛПНП), может не сопровождаться нормализацией уровня триглицеридов (ТГ). Прием фибратов при этой форме ГЛП может нормализовать уровень ТГ, но не привести к снижению ХС ЛПНП. Фибраты в сравнении со статинами вызывают более выраженное увеличение уровня холестерина липопротеинов высокой плотности (ХС ЛПВП). В том случае, когда монотерапия не сопровождается достижением оптимального эффекта, может быть рассмотрено назначение комбинированной гиполипидемической терапии. Целью настоящего исследования явилось изучение эффективности, безопасности и переносимости комбинированной терапии флувастатином и фенофибратом у больных сахарным диабетом (СД) типа 2 и смешанной ГЛП.
