Комплексная защита организаций, подлежащих переводу на работу в условиях военного времени

Abstract

Цель. Разработать модель, структуру и принципы реализации комплексной защиты в организациях, подлежащих переводу на работу в условиях военного времени. Методы. Использованы общенаучные методы исследования: индукции и дедукции, анализа и синтеза, сравнения и обобщения, аналогии. Результаты. Разработан порядок реализации комплексной защиты в организациях, подлежащих переводу на работу в условиях военного времени; сформирована иерархическая модель системы защитных мероприятий, а также сформулированы принципы их осуществления. Область применения исследований. Результаты исследования являются вкладом в развитие теории гражданской обороны, а также могут быть использованы при переработке требований нормативных правовых актов в части уточнения принципов осуществления защитных мероприятий в организациях, подлежащих переводу на работу в условиях военного времени, структуры и системы управления комплексной защитой в организациях.
