Modern concepts of small craft harbors development As a multifunctional object

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные планировочные концепции речных яхтенных комплексов и основные условия которые способствуют появлению той или иной планировочной структуры. Рассмотрены предпосылки которые предшествовали созданию яхтенных комплексов вцелом. Сформулировано понятие термина яхтенного комплекса с точки зрения архитектурного проектирования. Приведены основные особенности расположения речных яхтенных гаваней и виды формирования территорий комплексов.

The article contains description of the main planning concepts of small craft harbors and conditions for their appearance. Considered the conditions that contributed the derivation of small craft harbors. From the point of view of architectural design was explained the phenomenon of small craft harbor. The main features of the location of river harbors were explained.

У статті розглянуто основні планувальні концепції річкових яхтових комплексів та основні умови які сприяють появі тієї чи іншої планувальної структури. Розглянуто передумови що сприяли появі яхтових комплексів. Сформульовано поняття яхтового комплексу з точки зору архітектурного проектування. Наведено основні особливості розташування річкових яхтових гаваней.
