РАЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ ИНФУЗИОННАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ В ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННОМ ПЕРИОДЕ ПРИ ВЫПОЛНЕНИИ АОРТОКОРОНАРНОГО ШУНТИРОВАНИЯ (АКШ)
В статье рассматриваются методы рациональной инфузионной терапии, преимущество включения кристаллоидов по сравнению с коллоидами, формулы оптимального введения этих растворов и их суточная потребность после выполнения аортокоронарного шунтирования (АКШ). Анализируется стратегия снижения риска кровотечения в периоперационном периоде. Обсуждается влияние операции АКШ (c применением аппарата искусственного кровообращения (АИК) и без АИК) на масштаб снижения среднего уровня гемоглобина в раннем послеоперационном периоде.
