Aim: Our study aims to investigate the presence of autonomic dysfunction, which is one of the important causes of cardiovascular mortality, by evaluating heart rate variability and heart rate turbulence in patients with chronic glomerulonephritisMaterial and Methods: In this case-control study, 42 individuals with chronic glomerulonephritis classified as stage 1–3 chronic kidney disease and 102 age- and sex-matched healthy subjects were compared in terms of heart rate variability and heart rate turbulence. Subgroup analyses were performed by dividing the patient group into nephrotic and nephritic syndrome subgroups. p
