ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЛИПОПРОТЕИНОВОГО ОБМЕНА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ВОЗРАСТНОЙ МАКУЛЯРНОЙ ДИСТРОФИЕЙ

Abstract

В работе представлены данные о состоянии липопротеинового обмена у 97 пациентов с возрастной макулярной дистрофией. У пациентов с возрастной макулодистрофией наблюдаются изменения липопротеиновой системы крови, проявляющееся увеличением содержания холестерина,триглицеридов и ЛПНП. Изучено влияние применения статинов на состояние липопротеинового обмена в двух группах пациентов. Первая (основная группа – 41 больной, в лечении которых на протяжении трёх месяцев применялся аторвакор (аторвастатин), вторая (контрольная) – 28 больных, у которых препарат не использовался.Длительное применение аторвакора позволяет нормализовать содержание холестерина крови и липопротеинов низкой плотности. Нормализация показателей липопротеиновой системы крови коррелирует с улучшением гемодинамики глаза и функционального состояния сетчатки.
