La visión de los futuros docentes de Educación Primaria sobre los patrimonios controversiales

Abstract

Desde la educación patrimonial, bajo la perspectiva de abordar las controversias que subyacen en el patrimonio, se ha de conocer cuáles son las temáticas que más preocupan a los futuros docentes, con el objetivo de que puedan comprender la relevancia de trabajar con ellas para el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico de su futuro alumnado. Por ello, en este estudio, que forma parte de una tesis doctoral enmarcada en el Proyecto I+D+i EPITEC2, se pretende delimitar el conjunto de patrimonios controversiales que intervienen en la formación inicial docente. Con este fin, se ha diseñado un cuestionario cuyas preguntas giran en torno al patrimonio, la controversia y los problemas socioambientales relevantes, que se ha aplicado en el Grado de Educación Primaria de la Universidad de Huelva a 121 docentes en formación inicial. Posteriormente, se ha seleccionado a 8 estudiantes con los que se ha realizado un grupo de discusión. Como primeros resultados, se percibe que, dentro de las perspectivas de patrimonios controversiales, los patrimonios interesados como la Semana Santa o los patrimonios de la crueldad como la tauromaquia son algunos de los más citados por los docentes en formación inicial, siendo la cuestión medioambiental otra de las problemáticas que más les preocupan.
