Abstract

Развитие экономики страны невозможно без участия общества в производственно-хозяйственной жизни. Процесс воспроизводства трудовых ресурсов и изменение демографии формируют уровень развития экономики. Экономическое развитие страны определяется постоянно растущими потребностями общества. Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена складывающейся неблагоприятной демографической ситуацией в стране. Исходными данными исследования явились данные Росстата, рейтингового агентства РИА Рейтинг. Цель исследования — изучение демографической ситуации в стране, установление взаимосвязи роста населения и роста экономики, их влияние на качество жизни, в статье они рассматриваются во взаимосвязи. Исследованием установлено влияние демографических процессов на социально-экономическое развитие и, в конечном итоге, на качество жизни населения. В качестве объекта исследования выбраны в целом РФ и регионы УрФО как одного из лидеров в рейтинге социально-экономического положения округов. В исследовании использованы методы: анализ и синтез, сравнение, обобщение, группировка, табличный и др. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в практической деятельности при выработке экономической политики.

Development of a countrys economy is impossible without the participation of society in production and economic life. The reproduction of labour resources and demographics changes affect economic development, which is determined by the ever-growing needs of society. The relevance of the research topic is due to the emerging unfavourable demographic situation in Russia. Data from the Federal State Statistics Service and the rating agency RIA Rating are analysed. The study aims to examine the demographic situation in the country, establish the relationship between population growth and economic growth, their interrelated impact on the quality of life. The influence of demographic processes on socio-economic development, and, ultimately, on the quality of life of the population was confirmed. The entire Russian Federation and regions of the Ural Federal District were selected as one of the leaders in the ranking of the socio-economic situation in the districts. The research used the following methods: analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalisation, grouping, tabular, etc. The findings can be applied in practice when developing economic policy.
