Abstract

[ENG] The current configuration of the Parish Church of San Andrés Apóstol, located in the southern part of Adamuz, is the result of successive construction stages. After suffering significant damage during the Civil War and later considerable deterioration, it was subjected to substantial rehabilitation and reform, developed by the Directorate-General for Devastated Regions around 1959. The three naves, irregular in geometry and separated by four intermediate pillars and wall pilasters supporting slightly pointed arches and a polygonal apse, cannot be precisely dated. The structure has been attributed to early Cordoban Gothic, with later Renaissance additions. Based on the premise of treating the building as a historical document, this work aimed to produce a rigorous architectural survey as a foundation for understanding its constructive evolution. A ground-based laser scanner was used in combination with an open-access spatial dataset provided by the National Plan for Aerial Orthography (PNOA). This dataset includes both imagery and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data, which are highly valuable for integration into research on architecturally and culturally significant buildings. The combination of metric data from different sources is shown to be an effective strategy for the analysis and survey of historical buildings, providing adequate documentation for heritage protection processes.
