Abstract

Эта обзорная статья освещает актуальность проблемы современных критериев диагностики водно-электролитных нарушений при черепно-мозговой травме. Приведен перечень клинических и визуализационных, лабораторных диагностических критериев возникновения центрального несахарного диабета при открытых или закрытых травматических поражениях гипоталамо-гипофизарной области головного мозга. Современная диагностика, прогнозирование и своевременная коррекция водно-электролитного дисбаланса у данных пациентов минимизируют повреждающее действие гипо-/гипернатриемии при первичном повреждении головного мозга и гипоталамо-гипофизарной системы различной этиологии и способствуют более быстрому эффекту терапии в динамике заболевания пациента.
