THE USE OF ANTIBACTERIAL MEDICATIONS FOR THE PREVENTION OF PURULENT-SEPTIC COMPLICATIONS IN MECHANICAL BOWEL OBSTRUCTION (EXPERIMENTAL STUDY)

Abstract

In the experiment of the model of the acute intestinal obstruction in animals studied possibility of using antibacterial drugs to prevent septic complications. It was found that with the development of purulent inflammation in wall of the bowel it lose an ability of accumulation of penicillin’s and aminoglycosides. In the bowel that phlegmonous modified in a time of 48 hours cephalosporin’s and fluoroqinalons in bactericide concentration accumulate. Last one slow down process of destruction of the intestine bowel and the term of purulent peritonitis development on 6-12 hours.
