English title: Realization of the girl’s dream through school and university education in Benin The process of any education aims to make the subject a producer and a reproducer. To achieve this, the subject must appropriate a project and know how to dream. For young girls, in the Beninese context of promoting their schooling and valuing female leadership, it seemed useful to question the dream trajectory of female students. The objective of this study is therefore to show that the success of a school and university career is nothing more than a dream come true. To do this, qualitative research was conducted with a sample of tenpeople, including eight (8) girl students from the First class in a General Education Establishment and two (2) university women engaged in social life and public in the Republic of Benin. A thematic analysis was made of the various interviews. On the one hand, the results show that girls lack guidance and, on the other hand, that women who have succeeded in their lives through school and university have had a clear vision of their future quite early on. Their professional success depends on several factors, some of which are more decisive than others. But all of them reveal the part of others and the part of oneself in the construction of a person.
