
The article considers the problem of recognizing the legal status of Crimean Tatars as the indigenous people of Ukraine. It studies the contemporary condition of the legislative basis regarding the regulation of Crimean Tatar issue, focuses on the activity of Crimean Tatars’ non-governmental organizations and political parties.
