Abstract

Comment la complexité de la situation de transition psychosociale que vivent les migrants récents, parents de jeunes enfants, travailleurs qualifiés au Québec est-elle prise en compte dans les approches théoriques ainsi que les pratiques d’intervention en orientation ? Telle est la question sous-jacente à la recherche dont certains résultats seront présentés dans cet article. L’objectif est de mieux comprendre les processus identitaires en jeu et leur prise en compte dans les dispositifs d’accompagnement en orientation. L’analyse lexicométrique par la méthode Alceste souligne les limites d’une focalisation des interventions sur le domaine professionnel au détriment des autres sphères de vie, notamment celle familiale qui semble pourtant constituer un aspect central.
