Abstract

Понятие городской среды является одним из центральных в теоретической урбанистике. Отсутствие четкой дефиниции этого понятия мешает успешному развитию теории и практики управления развитием городов. Предложено определение городской среды как системы информационных потоков. Предложенный подход позволяет рассматривать градостроительные, экономические и социальные аспекты жизни города с единых позиций.
