РОЛЬ СПОРТИВНО-ОЗДОРОВИТЕЛЬНЫХ СБОРОВ В ТРЕНИРОВОЧНОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ ЮНЫХ ПЛОВЦОВ

Abstract

Авторы проанализировали значение тренировочного процесса в период спортивно-оздоровительных сборов юных пловцов, исследовав зависимость между уровнями их физического и функционального развития. Проведенные исследования, подтвердив данную взаимосвязь, показали положительную динамику изменения физического состояния и роста спортивного мастерства в летний спортивно-тренировочный период. Предлагается более широкое использование возможностей проведения выездных лагерей и сборов с целью укрепления здоровья и развития физических возможностей организма юных спортсменов.
