ANALYSIS OF DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF CHOLECYSTITIS COMPLICATED FORMS

Abstract

The objective of the study was analysis of results of examination and treatment of patients with biliary pathology and detection of diagnostic peculiarities and medical tactics for patients with the complicated forms of cholecystitis. The analysis of results of examination and surgical treatment is based on observation of 704 patients suffering from cholecystitis, who were treated in the clinics of general surgery of N.I. Pirogov Vinnitsa National Medical University in the period from 2014 to 2018. The presence of concomitant pathology (obesity, ascites), anatomical-topographical features of the organs and level of knowledge of doctors making USD of surgical pathology were found to influence on the quality of diagnostics and surgical tactics.
