Evaluation dualer Masterstudiengänge in Sozialer Arbeit: Empirische Befunde zu Motivation, Lernverhalten und Studienerfolg

Abstract

The study 'Erfolgreich MAPS studieren' (eMAPSs) was conducted between 2020 and 2023 at five universities with part-time Master's degree programs in social work. The aim was to conduct a theoretically based evaluation of the framework conditions at the university, to describe motivation and learning behavior during the course of study and to predict academic and career-related study success. Due to the pandemic-related university closures in 2020 and 2021, not all projects could be implemented. This report summarizes the most important descriptive results from three cross-sectional surveys and the significance tests of the changes in distance learning due to the pandemic. The findings are discussed against the background of theory-based expectations, the study format and a master's level in social work. (Translated with DeepL.com)
