У статті проаналізовано процес становлення й розвитку принципу невтручання у вну­трішні справи держави, а також нормативний зміст цього принципу. Крім того, досліджено питання відповідності дій Російської Федерації принципу невтручання у внутрішні справи держави, надано міжнародно-правову оцінку таким діям як грубому порушенню принципу невтручання у внутрішні справи держав. The author analyses the process of formation and development of the principle of non-in­terference in the internal affairs of States. Also, the normative content of the principle was given. In addition, the issues of the Russian Federation actions compliance to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of the state were examined, and the international legal assessment of such actions was given as a gross violation of the said principle.
