Abstract

В последние десятилетия проявилась тенденция к снижению возраста начала систематических занятий физическими упражнениями для более раннего достижения высоких спортивных результатов. В представляемой книге приведена информация об особенностях обмена веществ, выявленных на основе трех типов показателей – метаболиты и неорганические биорегуляторы, белки сыворотки крови и метаболические коэффициенты – у лиц, занимающихся спортом в пубертатном периоде жизни в зависимости от возраста, пола, спортивной квалификации и вида спорта. Материалы книги помогут тренеру и спортивному врачу и спортсмену пубертатного возраста оценить состояние здоровья и наметить пути его коррекции. Книга предназначена для спортивных врачей, тренеров, студентов и научных работников – биохимиков, физиологов, спортивных медиков, а также может быть полезной для преподавателей медицинских и биологических специальностей и учителей средних учебных заведений, спортсменов-подростков и их родителей.
