Abstract

40 женщин в возрасте 50–60 лет были обследованы ультразвуковым и рентгеновским методами денситометрии для оценки минеральной плотности костной ткани. Для постановки диагноза «остеопороз» или «остеопения» и назначения соответствующей терапии необходимо измерение плотности костной массы методом рентгенденситометрии. С целью выявления групп риска по нарушению минеральной плотности костной ткани у большой когорты женщин в постменопаузе вполне возможно применение ультразвуковой денситометрии.
