Tecnología y Tutorías: Un Análisis en los Bachilleratos de la UNAM

Abstract

Los recursos tecnológicos desempeñan un papel fundamental en el desarrollo de las tutorías, contribuyendo a la planificación de la acción tutorial y fortaleciendo las relaciones en las comunidades educativas. En este contexto, este estudio se propuso evaluar el uso de los recursos tecnológicos en el desarrollo de la acción tutorial en los bachilleratos de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. El diseño de la investigación se basó en un enfoque cualitativo de corte descriptivo. La muestra incluyó a 24 coordinadores de tutoría de los Colegios de Ciencias y Humanidades y de la Escuela Nacional Preparatoria. Para abordar el objetivo de la investigación, se llevaron a cabo entrevistas semiestructuradas, centrándose en la dimensión Desarrollo de las tutorías y, más concretamente, en la categoría Recursos tecnológicos. Los resultados indicaron una valoración positiva de los recursos digitales como apoyo para los tutores y su relación con los estudiantes. No obstante, se identificaron necesidades, como promover iniciativas tecnológicas en la tutoría y mejorar la infraestructura. En conclusión, el estudio destaca factores clave para desarrollar estrategias en la acción tutorial que impulsen las competencias digitales y atiendan las necesidades de estudiantes, profesores y familias.
