Abstract

Непосредственной причиной смерти больных сахарным диабетом (СД) являются сердечно-сосудистые заболевания. Учитывая недостаточную эффективность антиангинальных препаратов при этой патологии из-за сочетания макро- и микроангиопатий коронарного русла. усиление свободнорадикального окисления липидов. которое влечет повреждение ультраструктур кардиомиоцитов. ответственных за энергетический обмен. действие фармакологических средств должно быть направлено на снижение активности свободнорадикального окисления. Цель исследования - изучить влияние мексидола и предуктата на электрическую нестабильность миокарда при атлоксановом диабете у крыс и возможность коррекции мексидолом и предукталом.
