In this paper, we will discuss a new approach for semantic web services ranking. This helps users to find required services in a precise manner. In fact, this new approach represents a ranking algorithm based on Vector Space Model (VSM). In this model, the user query and each of its related results (retrieved services) will be modeled as a vector. By using of this method, each service vector which is closer to the query vector will be ranked higher. There are no predefined rank values for web services in this system and ranks will be calculated dynamically, while users make their query to the system.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 2 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
