Пути улучшения качества молока

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы производства молока высшего качества. Основными факторами увеличения производства качественного молока являются - сбалансированость рациона кормления и содержание животных. Приведены причины попадания в молоко бактерий, вызывающих закисление. Рассмотрено санитарное состояние на ферме. Приведены зависимости увеличения бактерий в молоке от температуры и сроков его хранения. The article covers the issues of top quality milk production. The main factors of increasing the production of quality milk are balanced feeding ration and animal housing. The causes of bacterial invasion into milk causing acidification are given. The sanitary conditions on the farm are considered. The dependences of bacteria increase in milk depending on the temperature and storage periods are presented.
