Логика в Санкт-Петербургском университете: век восемнадцатый

Abstract

Традиция преподавания логики в России сложилась в Киево-Могилянской и Славяно-греко-латинской академиях, где ее изложение было непосредственно связано с религиозной метафизикой. Петр Первый, создавая новый европейский научный центр, в котором не было теологического факультета, стремился придать наукам более светский и более современный характер. Объединение Академии, Университета и Гимназии сыграло важную роль в непростой истории первого этапа университетского образования в Санкт-Петербурге. Преподаванию логики на этом этапе уделялось заметное внимание.
