The structure of the proposed mechanism is justified, which is represented by the following elements: goal, object, subject, factors of the internal environment, environmental factors, security, principles, methods of overcoming resistance, and the process of overcoming resistance to change. The implementation of a mechanism for overcoming resistance to organizational changes in practice will enable the company's management to adjust its functioning, increase its potential and competitiveness, and also obtain tools for managing personnel behavior for planned innovations.
