EFFECTS OF THIOTRIAZOLIN ON THE MORPHOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF THE PROSTATE AND SEMINAL VESICLES OF RATS AGAINST A BACKGROUND OF INHALATION EXPOSURE OFTHE ORGANISM TO EPICHLOROHYDRIN IN AN EXPERIMENT

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the morphometric parameters of the prostate and seminal vesicles of sexually immature rats which against a background of inhalation exposure to epichlorohydrin received thiotriazolin. The findings suggest that the use of thiotriazolin under the conditions of inhalation exposure of the organism to epichlorohydrin reduces the difference between the control series and the series of rats which didnot receive the corrector.

Целью исследования было определение морфометрических показателей предстательной железы и семенных пузырьков неполовозрелых крыс, которые на фоне ингаляционного воздействия епихлоргидрина получали тиотриазолин. Применение тиотриазолина в условиях ингаляционного воздействия на организм епихлоргидрина приводит к уменьшению разницы между показателями контрольной серии и серии крыс, которые корректор не получали.

Метою дослідження було визначення морфометричних показників передміхурової залози та сім'яних міхурців статевонезрілих щурів, які на тлі інгаляційного впливу епіхлоргідрину отримували тіотріазолін. Установлено, що застосування тіотріазоліну в умовах інгаляційного впливу на організм епіхлоргідрину призводить до зменшення різниці між показниками контрольної серії та серії щурів, які коректор не отримували.
