Modified Method for Estimating the Static Lateral Stability of Vehicles as Amended by the Design Changes

Abstract

Рассматриваются методы испытания автотранспортных средств на статическую поперечную устойчивость. Объектом исследования являются автотранспортные средства (грузовая и специализированная техника), находящиеся в эксплуатации и прошедшие процедуру переоборудования. Предмет исследования – процедура испытаний АТС на статическую поперечную устойчивость и возникающие при этом погрешности. Целью является создание способа испытания транспортного средства на статическую поперечную устойчивость, исключающего необходимость применения стенда с опрокидывающей платформой и обеспечивающего эквивалентность измерения методу, регламентированному ГОСТ 31507-2012. Авторами предложен оригинальный способ испытания транспортного средства (Патент РФ № 2573028, опубликован 20.01.2016 г.), включающий размещение транспортного средства на опорной горизонтальной поверхности, создание опрокидывающего момента относительно продольной оси транспортного средства до отрыва колес одной его стороны от опорной горизонтальной поверхности усилием, приложенным к подрессоренной части транспортного средства перпендикулярно его продольной оси в плоскости, проходящей через геометрический центр масс, при этом измеряют угол φ крена подрессоренных масс, определяют величину высоты центра масс h, вычисляют угол αсу статической поперечной устойчивости транспортного средства. Приведены результаты первичной апробации способа, рассмотрены варианты приложения опрокидывающего момента и определения угла крена подрессоренных масс.
