Una propuesta innovadora para el aprendizaje del Derecho desde una perspectiva interdisciplinar: la protección de los derechos fundamentales frente al ejercicio del ius puniendi estatal

Abstract

Este artículo trata de poner de manifiesto la realización de una actividad de innovación docente enmarcada en el seno de un programa de formación del profesorado novel de la Universidad de Córdoba, cuyo objetivo es acercar al alumnado a la realidad prácticas a través de dos ideas fundamentales: la transversalidad de los derechos fundamentales en el ordenamiento jurídico español y la interdisciplinariedad entre distintas áreas de Derecho. Para ello, la actividad se ha dividido en distintas fases, entre las que destacan, una visita al Tribunal Constitucional y la resolución de un supuesto práctico en el que conviven la protección de los derechos fundamentales, el Derecho penal y el Derecho tributario sancionador. De este modo, se pretende exponer el desarrollo de esta actividad, presentar los resultados alcanzados y compartir las principales dificultades detectadas durante y tras su ejecución, con el fin de que dicho análisis contribuya a la introducción de mejoras para futuras ediciones de la actividad.
