Abstract

В статье рассмотрены современные взгляды на проблему нейропротекции при хронической ишемии головного мозга. Детально обоснована необходимость применения стратегии комбинированной нейропротекции с целью одномоментного патогенетического воздействия на ведущие звенья ишемического каскада. С этой точки зрения проанализированы требования к выбору оптимальных фармакологических инструментов отмеченной стратегии. Особое внимание уделено механизмам действия и особенностям клинического применения препаратов Лира (цитиколин) и Вазопро (мельдоний), позволяющих реализовать стратегию патогенетически обоснованной коррекции мембранных и нейрометаболических нарушений при хронической ишемии мозга. Детально рассмотрены клиническая эффективность Лиры и Вазопро, их характеристики безопасности и стратегия практического применения в ангионеврологии.
