Abstract

З метою вивчення репродуктивної поведінки і контрацептивного вибору обстежено 390 жінок — внутрішніх мігрантів, тимчасових мешканок м. Бішкек. Виявлено, що для них характерні відносно висока народжуваність, короткий міжродовий інтервал, низький індекс здоров’я, відносно високий рівень гінекологічної захворюваності і акушерської патології. Жінки-мігранти достатньо обізнані про деякі методи контрацепції, але використовували будь-який метод менше половини з них. Найбільш часто вживаним методом контра­цепції у жінок-мігрантів була внутрішньоматкова спіраль. Більше третини жінок — внутрішніх мігрантів не знали, де отримати інформацію або будь-який контрацептивний засіб.
