This article deals with the problem of criminal responsibility for crimes of negligence, been carried out by several persons. The analysis of the points of view of scientists who offer solutions Dan Noi problems. Based on this analysis, came to the following that agreeing with the author D. Savelle the first of terminological designation of the problem as "careless, sopraceneri" can contribute to the establishment of the most significant inherent specific traits: careless, sopraceneri is EDI-tion of the crime; this crime involves several subjects of responsibility; the nature of the conduct which caused the offensive result, is interconnected and interrelated; establishes the causal relationship between dpreston the behaviour of agents and the ensuing criminal result; is a threat of occurrence or occurs common to all subjects of a criminal consequence provided for a specific composition. As it is impossible not to accept the proposal of the author V. Nersesyan, who considers it necessary to consolidate the Institute's careless sopraceneri in the General part of the criminal code that will allow, on the one hand, to differentiate the liability of sprijinirea depending on their "contribution" to the criminal result, and on the other hand, better reflect the norms of the Special part of specific types of careless sopraceneri. It is hoped that in the future the legislator will reinforce the norms establishing responsibility for the careless sopraceneri, the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.
