Abstract

Un plan integral de retención de personal en una empresa agrícola como lo es RANCHO ALACOS (ALATORRE HARVEST) es fundamental para asegurar la estabilidad laboral y promover el desarrollo sostenible del negocio. Comienza con un análisis detallado de los factores que influyen en la rotación de empleados, como los salarios competitivos, los beneficios atractivos como el seguro médico y el alojamiento subsidiado para trabajadores agrícolas, y las oportunidades claras de desarrollo profesional. En resumen, un plan efectivo de retención de personal en una empresa agrícola no solo busca mantener a los empleados clave a largo plazo, sino que también fortalece la estabilidad operativa y el éxito sostenible del negocio en un entorno competitivo y dinámico. El problema a resolver fue disminuir la rotación de personal en el área de campo de la empresa; el objetivo general fue desarrollar el plan de retención de personal en la empresa RANCHO ALACOS (ALATORRE HARVEST) basado en la metodología de Idalberto Chiavenato, libro Gestión del Talento Humano, para la reducción significativa de la rotación de personal en el área de campo. En esta investigación se utilizó el método de investigación de campo con análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo, donde se diseñaron cuatro instrumentos de investigación, se realizaron visitas de campo para observación de los procesos que realiza la empresa en su operación diaria, como herramientas para recopilar información se diseñaron, encuesta, entrevista, observación directa; emplearon plataformas como Google Forms para procesar la información, Microsoft Excel para obtener las estadísticas de la información.
