Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблемних аспектів кредитних рейтингів і рейтингування. Розглядається економічний та правовий аспект відносин у сфері рейтингування. Зроблено висновок, що те, що низький кредитний рейтинг України є ознакою низького рівня боргової стійкості нашої держави.
