Abstract

В процессе хозяйственной деятельности современные компании регулярно сталкиваются с необходимостью осуществления расчетов со своими контрагентами. Нередки случаи, когда при оказании услуг или отгрузке товаров экономический субъект не получает деньги в оплату сразу, и ему приходится идти на уступки путем предоставления отсрочки платежа, то есть фактически кредитовать своих клиентов. При этом средства компании в период от момента отгрузки до момента совершения платежа за продукцию или услугу оказываются «замороженными» в форме дебиторской задолженности, что снижает интенсивность работы компании, ведет к росту продолжительности операционного и финансового циклов. В рамках данной статьи рассматриваются методики разработки кредитной политики, способствующие повышению эффективности деятельности компании.
