Статья посвящена разграничению понятия политического термина, политической лексики, общественно- политической лексики с их подгруппами, определению процессов и явлений, связанных со стадиями лексико- семантической динамики общественно-политической лексики в русском и арабском языках, рассмотрению исторического аспекта, как необходимый компонент в установлении идентичности обновления лексики данного разряда. Выявлению роли экстралингвистических факторов в лексико-семантической динамике названного разделе языка
