Abstract

В данной работе были представлены результаты получения сульфидных гетероструктур ZnS / SnS[x] с использованием метода последовательной ионной адсорбции и реакции на плоских подложках из ITO / стекла и профилированного анодного оксида алюминия, а также подложек из оксида тантала. Расслоение ZnS / SnS[x] на подложку ITO / стекло осуществлялось в режиме роста монослойных пленок.
