INFLUENCE OF CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SYSTEM THIN FILM TRANSDUCER – BUFFER SOLUTION ON CONDUCTOMETRIC BIOSENSOR FUNCTIONALITY

Abstract

Characteristics of thin film conductometric transducers (sensitivity, equivalence of work and reference channels, frequency dependence and linearity of sensor response) based on gold, platinum, nickel, stainless steel and titan-nickel have been researched in this work. Measurements were conducted in 5 mM potassium phosphate buffer pH 6.5 and different KCl solutions in concentration range 0.1-10 mM. The bases of equivalent circuits for different frequencies and conductance’s of solution have been found. It was shown that enzyme immobilization did not change considerably the real component of conductivity. It was demonstrated that operational conditions of transducer could considerable influence on its biosensory characteristics.

В роботе исследованы характеристики кондуктометрических преобразователей (чувствительность, эквивалентность рабочего и референтного канала, частотная зависимость и линейность отклика) на основе тонкопленочных электродов, изготовленных из золота, платины, никеля, нержавеющей стали и титан - никеля. Исследования проводились в 5 мM калий-фосфатном буферном растворе, pH 6.5, и растворах KCl с концентрацией 0.1- 10 мM. Исследованы элементарные эквивалентные схемы замещения для разных частот и проводимостей раствора. Показано, что иммобилизация фермента существенно не изменяет импеданс системы преобразователь-раствор. Продемонстрировано значительное влияние условий роботы преобразователя на его биосенсорные характеристики

В роботі досліджено характеристики кондуктометричних перетворювачів (чутливість, еквівалентність робочого і референтного каналу, частотна залежність і лінійність відгуку) на основі тонкоплівкових електродів, виготовлених із золота, платини, нікелю, нержавіючої сталі та титан-нікелю. Дослідження проводили в 5 мM калій-фосфатному буферному розчині, pH 6.5, та розчинах KCl концентрації 0.1-10 мM. Підібрано елементарні еквівалентні схеми заміщення на різних частотах та для різних провідностей розчину. Показано, що іммобілізація ферменту відчутно не змінює імпеданс системи перетворювач- розчин. Продемонстровано значний вплив умов роботи перетворювача на його біосенсорні характеристики.
