Un acercamiento a la comprensión del perfil de la Inteligencia Emocional

Abstract

(reflexivo-analítico): Este artículo es resultado de un estudio de inteligencia emocional. En la investigación nos propusimos como objetivo general, analizar el perfil de inteligencia emocional y social de una muestra de 110 docentes de educación básica primaria, vinculados a diez instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia.El alcance es descriptivo, no experimental, y correlacional; y está apoyado con método probabilístico, simple al azar y estratificado. Los resultados obtenidos desde el perfil destacan la relación con: autorregulación, automotivación, empatía, tiempo de métodos asertivos, eficaz el método y juzgarse a sí mismo; detectando una correlación con tendencia a cero entre las variables.En conclusión, la inteligencia emocional y social del maestro o maestra de básica primaria tiende a establecer un reconocimiento de sus habilidades, sus limitaciones, su sensibilidad hacia el aprendizaje personal y su influencia en el sujeto estudiante.
