A narrativa societal da “ameaça” imigrante e a securitização da migração “externa” à Fortaleza Europa

Abstract

Este estudo analisa a construção do nexo refúgio-terrorismo durante a crise síria em 2015, em que pese os ataques terroristas à época terem sido realizados por europeus de origem imigrante de países terceiros à União Europeia, com destaque à seletividade de tratamento dispensado àqueles oriundos do Sul Geopolítico. Para tanto, primeiramente conduziu-se uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a “ameaça” imigrante. Isso porque, conforme as fronteiras externas do Espaço Schengen se fortificaram em prol da livre circulação interna, a narrativa societal da chamada “Fortaleza Europa” estabeleceu uma “fronteira identitária” entre o “nós” e o “outro” no imaginário coletivo. Continuamente, através da abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se de pesquisa bibliográfica que buscou promover o diálogo de textos analíticos, históricos e teóricos, analisou-se a influência da narrativa societal da “ameaça” imigrante na construção do nexo refúgio-terrorismo na União Europeia em 2015. Como resultado, foi apontada a securitização da migração “externa” à Fortaleza Europa visando resguardar a segurança interna, a nível supranacional, de Schengen.
