Estrategias para facilitar la implementación de blockchain en la cadena de suministro de las PyMEs

Abstract

El presente estudio se enfoca en explorar estrategias más efectivas al adoptar la tecnología blockchain en sus cadenas de suministro. Si bien la implementación de blockchain en las PYMES ofrece beneficios significativos, también enfrenta desafíos como la falta de recursos financieros, resistencia al cambio y carencia de conocimientos técnicos. Para abordar esta problemática, se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura (SLR) para identificar los factores clave que afectan la adopción de blockchain y las estrategias para su implementación. La metodología incluyó una búsqueda exhaustiva en bases de datos utilizando términos relacionados con blockchain, cadena de suministro y PYMES, seguida de la aplicación del método PRISMA. Los resultados identificaron estrategias como la implementación gradual de blockchain, la capacitación del personal y la colaboración con socios tecnológicos. Se concluye que la implementación gradual, junto con la capacitación y colaboración, es esencial para una adopción efectiva.
