
EPICE est un système d’aide à la décision en médecine utilisant plusieurs bases de connaissances qui doivent coopérer ensemble. Le modèle tient compte des émotions du patient et du médecin participant à la relation de soins pendant l’évolution de la maladie du patient. La connaissance des images cliniques est représentée par un modèle clinique orienté objet tandis que la relation de soins : les émotions du patient et des soignants sont fondées sur un modèle psychologique. Les deux modèles reposent sur un espace vectoriel flou qui évite les étapes de fuzzification et de défuzzification utilisées habituellement dans les approches fond"es sur des règles floues et il permet la modélisation du temps. Nous proposons un espace vectoriel flou pour modéliser l’émotion ressentie par le patient durant le déroulement des soins et de la relation qu'il entretient avec les soignants.
EPICE is a decision support system in medicine several knowledge bases that must cooperate together. The model takes into account the emotions of the patient and the physician involved in the care relationship during the evolution of the disease of the patient. The knowledge of clinical pictures are depicted with an object oriented time clinical model while the care relationship : the emotions of the patient and the caregivers are based on a psychological model. Both models rely on a fuzzy vectorial space that avoids fuzzification and defuzzification steps of the rule-based approaches and allows time modeling. We propose a fuzzy vectorial space to model the emotion felt by the patient during his care course and the relationship with the caregivers.
